Email Kamran@ploid.co from the email address on your account. Put Account deletionin the subject line. We'll confirm receipt, verify it's you, and close your account (including billing where applicable). That's the process for now—no self-serve button yet.

How to submit a request
Email Kamran@ploid.co from an address you control. To delete your entire account, use the instructions at the top of this page (subject: Account deletion). For other requests, use one of the subject lines below so we can route quickly. In the body, describe what you need and any reference details (URLs, prior emails, approximate dates).
Typical response times depend on applicable law (for example, the GDPR often allows up to one month, subject to limited extensions). We will confirm receipt when we can.

Ask us to delete or stop processing personal data we hold about you (including opt-out or “do not sell” requests where applicable), subject to law and legitimate exceptions.

Ask us to limit certain processing or object where applicable law provides that right.

Supervisory authority
If you believe our processing infringes the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work, or where you consider an infringement occurred (GDPR Art. 77).
