Credits power research, search, and enrichment across Ploid. Different actions use different amounts of credits, all drawn from the same workspace balance.
Yes. Your monthly credits are pooled across your workspace, including usage through the app, API, MCP, and CLI.
Additional credits are $0.20 each on Growth and $0.15 each on Scale. Enable additional usage and set a spending limit to keep your monthly bill in your control.
Included credits refresh each month and do not roll over. Separately purchased credits follow their purchase terms.
Growth and Scale include research, search, enrichment, and social intelligence. Scale provides four times the monthly credits and a 25% lower credit rate. Org Charts and Technographics are coming soon for Scale and Custom, and are not included in current access.
